This is our first marketing hire. Imagine everything that is needed for marketing – we probably need that. This is a hands on, doing, position in a growing company.

THE COMPANY

In the early ‘00s our CEO and Founder, David Morris, had a curiosity about a particular type of leader: those who create exponential value for their organizations and who do so with less of an interest in title or status, and more out of a desire to make an impact.

Today, we call these exceptional leaders HiPERs. They are not easy to identify and can sometimes rub people the wrong way. Their career path is not always easy to understand. Yet, when unlocked, they can change the world.

Because HiPERs are intrinsically motivated to achieve results, have a wide range of personalities and are often misunderstood, they have a distinct set of needs that deserve a unique set of solutions.

That is why HiPER Solutions was born.

Our flagship offering is a system for game-changing owners and executive sponsors to assemble the right team and get their key stakeholders aligned on large programs. We help navigate common issues that arise so leaders can more easily deliver successful change initiatives.

The breakout podcast series, HiPERleadership, features the successes and struggles of exemplar high-impact leaders such as Stephen M.R. Covey, Leigh Steinberg and Sylvia Acevedo.

THE JOB

We’ve launched some strategies based on what we’ve seen work, but we’ll need you to bring your own ideas to the table, formulate a game plan, and execute.

  1. Drive product marketing innovation and creativity. Apply audience insights and marketing analytics to deliver campaigns with inspiring creative, impactful messaging, and journeys that achieve business targets and marketing goals

  2. Dust off and transform our strategic positioning documents into exceptional copy and engaging product marketing materials that speak to our target audience of Fortune 1000 executives and senior State/Federal government leaders

  3. Help us take our brand standards to the next level, including collateral, website, thought leadership, etc.

  4. Build best in class customer journeys from top to bottom of the marketing funnel with breakthrough content, messaging, and optimization that increases website traffic and inbound inquiries 

  5. Define and implement campaigns to reward and retain HiPER’s subscribers including developing exceptional and unique client experiences

  6. Increase loyalty and unlock the full potential of HiPER’s referral network

  7. Increase HiPER’s publicity and social media visibility through thought leadership and content creation that speaks to our ideal customer profile

  8. Increase listenership and reach of the HiPERleadership podcast – we built a solid foundation and it’s ready for someone to run with it

  9. Drive inbound leads by increasing the value of win-win strategic partnerships
